Kelp Days

Kelp Days is a small surfcraft project. Focused on cold water boards, thoughtful design, and slow experimentation, Kelp Days explores the intersection of surf culture, craftsmanship, and the Pacific coast. Every board, playlist, and object is part of an evolving archive.

I’m Drew, a surfer, plumber, and maker based in Portland, Oregon. Kelp Days is a place where my interests in surf, craftsmanship, and music come together.

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, whether that’s in the trades, shaping boards, building projects, or exploring creative ideas. What started as a curiosity about shaping surfboards has become an ongoing pursuit of making thoughtful objects inspired by the Pacific Northwest and the cold-water waves.
